Getting to Know the Pacos Crew
Meet Jason Smith…
the newest member of the Pacos Crew. Why did he join the crew? His answer is, “I like to sell fun.”
A homegrown Truckee kid, Jason has been ripping local trails since elementary school. Then, on a red Huffy and now, the new Specialized Enduro is taking him deep into Tahoe National forest. His favorite trail pick this summer has been the Tahoe Rim Trail from Mt. Rose to Chimney Beach for the incredible views and ripping descent.
Working through the pandemic this summer has been eye opening purely just to witness so many people getting into biking. Jason hopes that the increase in riders will help stimulate our local cycling culture and amenities.
He loves to ride bikes, so it’s natural for him to work at the bike shop. He says, “I try to ride bikes as often as I can and I try to share my stoke from each ride with Pacos customers”. Like most of us, Jason finds that if he focuses on riding and elevating his grin factor, then he has something to share with all of you.
Jason’s Specialized Enduro out on the trails overlooking Tahoe. He says, “The Enduro continues to blow my mind.”
