Dear Pacos Family,
It’s time to reach out to our customers to let you know of the precautions we’re taking here at the store and to describe the protocols that have been put into place with our staff. We are working diligently to ensure that the store environment remains clean, open and ready to support the healthy outdoor lifestyle and activities that we advocate for.
Truckee is a strong and vibrant community, all of our customers and supporters are life inspirations to many other family members, friends etcetera. Let’s work together to cultivate positive vibes and great health.
Pacos is committed to the highest level of cleanliness throughout our entire store aiming to cultivate stoke and wellbeing. We are also interested in adding value to our community by helping our friends stay on track in pursuit of optimal well-being.
Our staff has been informed, if anyone has cold or flu symptoms, they should stay home for the well being of all without the worry of the financial burden. We are encouraging all other friends of the family to take sharp self diagnostic measures and to stay home whenever in doubt.
Moving forward, it’s business as usual at the shop and we’re launching a new local community program.
Introducing Pacos Pick-ups
Starting today, we are launching a local pickup and delivery service for those who would like to stay home and still get their bikes tuned, skis waxed or make a purchase. All this from the convenience of your home.

“Pacos Pick-ups” is a schedule based service. We’re working weather dependent right now so call as early as possible to get on our schedule. We will do our very best to service everyone to the highest level possible.
We are in a time when we need to bolster our own immune systems; eating well, getting more than enough sleep, limiting alcohol intake and the easiest puzzle piece — TO HAVE FUN OUTSIDE. Viruses don't do well in healthy bodies.
