Cheers to 2019 🍻

Here we are at the tail end of 2019, a year that has been a stand out. We took ownership of Pacos approximately two years ago. From that moment, dreams have been realized from the ground up. We’ve been inspired by passion and remain committed to providing the best service.

Some notable accomplishments for 2019 have involved daring feats of door-to-door delivery in the “Bus, Bus” van and swooping up 12 bikes when a particular customer goes on vacation so they can have 100% tuned bikes upon their return. The most memorable was building countless surprise custom bikes from the mere mention of a favorite color, wheel set, or new electric drivetrain. 

Looking back at it, we took on 2019 with a full head of steam and had fun doing it.

Our commitment to creating a flourishing cycling and nordic community remains our top focus. We aim to continue on this path with elevated customer service, community advocacy, and a brick & mortar shopping experience with the best in-store brands and products that you can try on (imagine that) to make sure you get the right fit, the right ride, and the right kick and glide ski that's right for you.

This year we're going to be adding to our coveted list of bike and apparel brands and have some great irons in the fire. More on this coming soon. We are also working to implement a large scale trail map in the shop to make a community trail intelligence center to help plan out your riding routes right here in the shop in three dimensions like the good ole days.
